Delivery Arrangement and Delivery Charge
Cut-off time for next-day delivery in the UK
We strive to process all orders within 24 hours, excluding weekends, as our order-processing and warehouse is not operational during these times. Orders placed late on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
To ensure next-working-day delivery by courier within the UK, please make sure to place your order before 2pm from Monday to Friday. Payment must be completed before we dispatch the goods.
Our standard delivery service offers Next Working Day Delivery by DPD/Royal Mail, available Monday through Friday, between 9 am and 5:30 pm, excluding bank holidays. While our service aims for next-day delivery, please note that couriers are allowed a one-day delay in the event of unavoidable circumstances, such as road works, road accidents, or misrouting. Please double-check the accuracy of the delivery address, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels sent to the wrong location.
Should any items be out of stock, we aim to inform you promptly with an estimated delivery time or proposed products alternatives.

Delivery Charges
Delivery Charges are calculated based on total Weight of your ordered products, Address where the goods are deliver to, and Service you are choosing.
For orders within the UK weighing less than 1kg, we use the Royal Mail Tracked 24-hour service. For items up to 20kg, we opt for DPD service. Upon dispatch, we'll provide a tracking number for your convenience, allowing you to monitor your delivery via their respective websites. For SMS tracking updates, please ensure you provide a mobile phone number.
During the Checkout Process our website will calculate which delivery method(s) is or are available to your order, and you will be able to choose which option to use when more than one delivery service is available.
If you are not logged into your account or you have not yet created an account with a delivery address, you must enter Country and Postcode (if available) into 'Calculate Shipping Rates' box to enable our website to provide you with an estimate shipping cost.
